Assistance Programs

Our dedicated member service professionals are trained to assist members experiencing economic hardship and distress. Assistance may include discussing payment service options, payment arrangements in accordance with URE Terms & Conditions for Supplying Electric Service, or referral to the support organizations listed below. Members disconnected for non-payment may incur additional fees and a security deposit. Please contact member services at (937)642-1826 or (800)642-1826 for assistance.

	Budget billing evens out the peaks and valleys in your bill to make it more predictable. This is especially helpful for those on Auto Bill Pay, whose payments are withdrawn automatically.
